Ability to work varied shifts, includingevenings, weekends and holidays

Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment

Help with ordering, stock rotation teaching and training staff and keeping an eye on production

Share responsibility for preparing kitchen-cleaning rosters, and supervising cleaning schedules

Responsible for ensuring that all areas are clean and tidy before and after service

Responsible for the dish washing and cleaningareas
