With a busy year ahead working alongside some of Australia’s leading graduate employers we are now looking for an energetic, independent HR student to join our small, close- knit team in South Yarra. The ideal candidate will want to specialise in recruitment and assessment, have an interest in organisational psychology and be available to work part-time for either 6 or 12 months. The possibility of full-time work can also be considered and can be discussed at interview. Working alongside experienced graduate managers and consultants the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of delivering graduate recruitment and development processes to our varied client base. At times the role will be fast-paced and autonomous and will require a self-motivator with the drive to deliver quality results. A candidate with a passion for innovation and change and a high level of customer service will be given preference. The key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
To be successful in this role, you will be completing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Psychology, may have some experience in a recruitment/administration role and be a strong communicator (both written and verbally). Overall we are looking for someone who is keen to join our fun team and is passionate about delivering quality, innovative recruitment outcomes to our clients.
