The role You will support the HR Manager with the provision of a full range of HR functions such as: policy and procedural development and review, general HR advice to managers and staff. Responsibilities • Efficiently and effectively perform all HR administration duties, including preparation of documents. • Provide information to staff on human resources policies and procedures • Coordinate the completion of probationary reviews. • Provide support in relation to performance and attendance management • Provide back-up support for Rosters and Human Resources Manager on an as needed basis and as directed • Manage all HR documentation such as contracts, forms, letters, pay advices • Create monthly HR reports • Creating and executing surveys • Participate in continual development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives. • Ad hoc duties The suitable candidate • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication • Previous experience with HR administration • Previous experience with HR policy and procedure • Experience in transport and logistics (Ideal, not necessary) • Proficiency in MS Excel Kick start your new year with this fantastic opportunity by applying directly or contacting Ann Espiritu directly on
