We’re seeking a creative, dynamic senior marketing coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Working alongside the director to create brand strategies and marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, events and display advertising campaigns Ensure consistency of brand tone and style across all marketing channels Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Oversee PR Strategy, and creation of press releases and media comms, ensuring a strong relationship with key media outlets in Australia, keeping the Calexico brand on the media’s radar Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements Proven working experience in digital marketing Strong graphic design skills, with experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator a must. Experience with Shopify preferred but not essential Experience building social media platforms and maintaining brand management across social media Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimising landing pages Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics as well as Online Advertising, Google Adwords, SEO & SEM. Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Education & Experience
