It also offers other services such as University or college change assistance to all international students, Professional Year program, Job assistance and Accommodation Assistance as well as RPL assistance through our partnered providers. 

 

We are committed to ensuring a productive environment therefore we will be providing you with a variety of tasks and activities throughout the course of your role. You will be taught the inner workings of running a business and the components that are important in client and business relationship management.

 

 

The Details

 

The job is a PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION. It will consist of numerous activities including but not limited to:

lOverseeing all aspects of the specific services, ensuring that processes are running smoothly.

lInterviewing all clients and dealing with all applications face to face and by post.

lOverseeing the completion of all relevant tasks and documents to ensure that they are received within the time limit set by your supervisor. 

lEnsuring that all information provided by the client is accurate and correct; preparing and checking all documents.

lPreparing fees, quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.

lTaking responsibility for issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.

lSupervising and Training staff to enhance their understanding of their role.

lCreating marketing content for our various social media and professional platforms

lProducting graphical content that will be incorporated into our business communications

lBeing consistent with social media posting activity.

lRegularly updating business software with client information, social media with posts and our websites with events.

lManaging data on our company software 

lCreating promotional offers that will be sent to clients via SMS marketing.

lConsulting Clients over the phone

lDeveloping email content that will be sent to clients.

lAdministrative tasks such booking appointments, assistanting walk in clients and communicating with overseas team members regularly.

lPreparing agreements for clients

lChecking documents before submitting to the relevant department both internally and externally. 

lAssisting clients in modifying their documents if requested.

lHandling WES profiles

lScheduling booking and appointments for corespondents  

lAssisting with ECA for each client separately 

lAssisting with WES for closed institutions

lContacting institutions on behalf of a client if requested

lMaking Client kits and authorization letters when requested.
