A full time cook is required by a Chinese Restaurant in Port Augusta. You will have certificate IV in Cookery or three years work experience. You can work in a busy kitchen and have passion for Chinese food.

You will perform the following duties:

· To examine food to ensure that they are in good quality

· To set the temperatures of cooking equipments

· To prepare and season food

· To portion food and place it in dishes

· To cook food

· To add gravies or sauces and garnishes

· To store food in temperature controlled facilities
