MULTI-STORE MANAGER, DINOSAUR DESIGNS BRISBANE

Based out of our James Street store, you will work closely with the teams in both locations, ensuring the continued success of Dinosaur Designs in Brisbane

The successful candidate will be an exceptional ambassador for the brand, have previous store or multisite management experience, have an impeccable eye for visual merchandising and be analytical and creative in their approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing the progress of both stores to exceed sales targets and maintain growth
• Maintaining exceptional and personable customer service standards
• Maintaining immaculate visual merchandising and styling standards, inline with company directives
• Rostering, training, motivating and supervising staff across two locations, in line with our sales program

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL POSSES:

• Previous experience leading and managing a team in a store or multi-site retail management position
• Impeccable communication skills
• Immaculate presentation and personal grooming standards
• A strong eye for visual merchandising and styling
• An inspiring and a positive attitude
