Property has a bus stop outside the door and takes about 10 minutes to Civic by bus and 20 minutes walking. Dickson shops and restaurants are about 15 minutes walk. Ainslie restaurants and shops is about 5 minutes away.

Share shower and bathroom with one other upstairs and a powder room downstairs. The house has ducked heating and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. The house has ducted heating and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. There are decent back and front yards.

We are quite non-interfering so it would be good for students who are interested in studying. Wireless internet is available for those tech savvy people. In all, it is quite an enjoyable place to live.
