Want your own space but still get to enjoy the company of other students, then check out this well-appointed extra-large Master bedroom in this exceptional student accommodation close to University of Newcastle, Jesmond shopping centre and a major bus interchange.


All within 10-20 minutes walking distance of each other, a bicycle would also make this distance shorter via safe cycle-ways.


Linen is not included, but is available at cost if required.

The master bedroom suite comes with a queen size bed (or very easily accommodate 2 king single beds with space to spare! There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan, large bookshelf and 1 or 2 desks and chairs in the separate study area. There are two bedside tables and lamps, a sitting area with comfortable chairs and table, and with a standard lamp. With lots of clothes space in the walk-in wardrobe, there is also a good sized ensuite bathroom. (Furnishing will be varied to suit the tenant/s. )


The house has multiple areas for social interaction or quiet reflection and study. The kitchen facilities are outstanding, with plenty of space, refrigeration, storage and equipment. All housemates play their part in maintaining the amenity of the house, with agreed guidelines on cleanliness and respect for one another. House meetings are encouraged.

We have a cleaner who comes in each week to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas of the property and provides advice on keeping the place (particularly the kitchen! ) to a high standard. We recommend all students contribute a small amount to a kitty for toilet paper, handwash and dishwashing detergent.

There is a washing machine and tub in the laundry area, as well as ironing board and iron. The house also has a range of cleaning equipment available for use by students to maintain their own rooms.
There is plenty of on-street parking in front and a leafy green aspect to the park opposite. A safe bike rack, under shelter, is to be installed.

All bills included – NO CAPPED AMOUNTS, but we do ask all students to be mindful of the environment and show care in their use of the facilities, including turning equipment off when not in use.
All doors and windows are fully security screened for safety, and there is well placed safety equipment in various areas of the house, as well as fire/ smoke detectors.

We would welcome serious student/s who want to live well in a superior accommodation and are prepared to be respectful and thoughtful of others. The home is smoke-free and no pets are allowed, apart from the small lizards in the courtyard and blue-tongued lizards that run around the garden.
