Royal Freemasons Sale is a brand new, state of the art, 144 bed nursing home. This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a real impact in your role. Vital to the success of our site, we are looking for candidates who have an excellent team attitude, are willing to pitch in and help where required and go above and beyond their core duties.

About You
An excellent opportunity exists for a full time permanent Manager of Clinical Practice (Registered Nurse). You will be required to work closely and support the Facility Manager by ensuring all nursing practices on site meet and succeed Regulatory and Accreditation Standards, ensuring the optimal clinical care of the residents.

We are looking for a candidate who has exemplary clinical skills coupled with a strong customer focus to lead, influence, motivate and encourage the Care Team (Personal Carer's, Enrolled and Registered Nurses) to deliver a high standard of care to residents, within a warm, homely environment.

The successful candidate requires a multi-skilled can do approach, who likes variety in their day to day work environment and will enjoy working in our facility. As a self-motivator and with a professional manner you will be able to build rapport with all kinds of people and effectively manage and implement the day to day operations of staff and the site itself alongside the Facility Manager.

Key Requirements
  • Registered Nurse, Division 1
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a staff leadership/management role
  • Working knowledge of ACFI and aged care Accreditation Standards
  • Assessing new admissions
  • Resolving incidents
  • Reliability and passion for aged care
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills, clear spoken and written English communication skills and excellent customer service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices
  • Smart Phone and Home Internet
  • Salary $95,000 - $110,000 per annum negotiated based on your experience and skills
  • Not for Profit - full Salary packaging available

  • Salary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organisation we provide the ability for our staff to salary package up to $16,173 per annum of your salary (inclusive of salary packaging and the administration fee) which significantly increases the take home value of your remuneration package. Additionally, you can salary package meals, entertainment and facility hire expenses including holiday accommodation up to a maximum of $2,550 per annum.
