We have one room available. We have had two Melbourne Uni students that have finished a 12 month exchange and have headed back to London. The house is large and fully furnished. Board includes all bills and breakfast and lunch foods supplied.
The house is in Sandringham. 800m to the train, beach and shops. There is a bus at the door to Southland Shopping Centre.
This accommodation would suit students that want a family environment. It is also important that you know how to live in a share house, take care of your room and shared areas of the house like the kitchen, laundry and living rooms.
