About the Role We are seeking an energetic and results driven Hydraulic Fitter to join a dedicated hydraulic mining shovel build team supporting the Hunter Valley, Mudgee and Gunnedah Region for new machines. This role is on a four on, four off roster. As the successful applicant you will be a driven self-starter who takes initiative, in return we will provide you with suitable training to allow you to excel in the position. Essential Criteria: Mechanical Trade Certificate Previous experience overhauling Hydraulic components Caterpillar product knowledge and maintenance experience Excellent interpersonal/teamwork and communication skills Dedicated commitment to Safety and Quality Assurance Ability to work competently unsupervised Ability to work rotating day/night roster Desirable Criteria: Nationally accredited high risk forklift ticket Nationally accredited high risk Dogman's ticket Welding and machining experience will be highly regarded Able to work overtime and/or extra shifts as required Basic computer literacy About us WesTrac Pty Ltd is an Equipment Management business and one of the world's leading Caterpillar Dealerships, operating in NSW, ACT and WA.
