A vacancy existing in a growing international company for a motivated, flexible team player to join our customer service department.

Ideally you will have some experience in a customer service related role.

Preferred skills and experience in the following:

· Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook.

· Proven ability to interact with people face to face or over the phone.

· Order processing & Tracking

· Sample packing & Despatching

· Data Entry

· Self-motivated

· Work unsupervised

· Proactive

· Current Drivers Licence

Duties will include:

· Telephone and email order processing.

· Customer Order tracking

· Sample pick, pack and despatch

· Minor warehouse duties

· Product Knowledge (Training provided)
