We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Storesperson / Materials Co-ordinator / Parts Interpreter to join our supply team. Based at our Toowoomba warehouse, on a daily basis, working Monday to Friday, you will co-ordinate material transfers, returns and equipment repairs.

About the Role:

  • This position would report to the Inventory Team Leader and encompasses a variety of tasks, with some of the key responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Receiving, analysing and processing Equipment Returns and Repairs
  • Engaging suppliers to assess and quote repairs, refurbishments and recertification's
  • Receiving, analysing and processing material transfers
  • Maintaining a suite of routable spares in co-ordination with the greater supply team and operations
  • Perform general warehousing tasks


What's Required:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Previous exposure to spare parts, mining or the automotive industry will be an advantage but is not a necessity
  • Physically fit and able to carry out a range of general duties
  • Strong customer service approach and ability to follow instructions
