  • Do you have a weight loss story to tell?
  • Are you ready to help people change their lives?
  • Motivated to work as part of an incredible team of Coaches?
We might be biased as we think the Coach role is one of those special rewarding roles, but don't take our word for it, here's what some of our Coaches have said about the role;
I LOVE BEING ABLE TO HELP MEMBERS WITH THEIR JOURNEY AND TO SEE THEM CHANGE NOT ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ALSO ON THE INSIDE WITH NEW FOUND CONFIDENCE AND ZEST FOR LIFE.
WEIGHT WATCHERS GAVE ME BACK MY LIFE AND BEING A COACH MEANS I GET TO "PAY IT FORWARD"
As a Coach you are ultimately responsible for coaching and supporting our Members on their weight loss journey using the methods and tools contained in the Weight Watchers program. You will achieve this by being part of the delivery and facilitation of a variety of Weight Watchers services (including Group Coaching and Individual Coaching), demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales techniques at all times.
In your role as a Coach you will;
  • Prepare the meeting room to enrich the experience of members
  • Deliver excellent customer service to members on their arrival and provide sup
  • Facilitate a personalised group coaching session with a high level of member interaction
  • Supporting the members as needed through their weight loss journey from goal setting to celebrating successes & milestones
  • Supporting other Coaches in meetings as required
  • Finalising the meeting according to established procedures
  • As required undertake Coaching through other channels (One to One Coaching, At Work Coaching, etc)
  • Undertake some administrative tasks (stock management, banking etc.)
Most importantly to be a Coach at Weight Watchers, you must bring a positive attitude and vibrant energy to support the members in their weight loss journey. Importantly, you will need to have access to a computer and internet for preparation and ongoing training as required, the ability to store stock at home, hold a current drivers licence and have access to a vehicle to take stock to and from meeting locations. You will also need to be able to undertake manual handling including moving products and setting out chairs and tables.
We'll be honest; this role isn't for everybody, whilst you will be provided with all of the tools and support needed to be a successful Coach, a degree of independence is required due to the geographical spread of the meetings in the region managed by each Area Manager.
If you would like to become part of a culture that likes to Think Differently, Get Things Done and Win Together, we want to hear from you, so apply now!
