About The Role
The Organisational Development Manager is a highly specialised organisational
development professional within the Human Resources department of the
University.
The role will manage strategic OD projects and ensure endorsement from senior
executives and key internal stakeholders. Acting as an internal consultant, the
role will be leading internal analysis, benchmarking, design and promotion of
projects that will spearhead organisational development efforts that relate to
staff organisational capability across the University.
Your Responsibilities Include:

* Provide best practice training solutions that meet the University
requirements
* Act as a change agent and foster engagement channels with management and
staff
* Support HR's Business Partners and other HR functions to implement
strategic projects
* Drive excellence in project management design, consultation and
facilitation skills
* Contribute to sector leading practice for developing of the skills of our
people
About You 
As a passionate and creative problem solving organisational development
professional you will have experience in the innovative design and development
of strategic organisational-wide cultural change projects.
You are currently in a similar role within a commercially driven environment
and can bring your experience working across many sectors. 
You will have proven project management experience and consultancy skills to
navigate a complex diverse organisation and are above all ready for a challenge
implementing projects coming out of RMIT's new strategy and human resources
plans.
