We are a physiotherapist-owned clinic established for over 25 years. Our practice is patient-centric and results orientated. Our close-knit team is motivated and focused, striving to bring out the best in each other and produce the best results for our patients. We are located in a brand new clinic with separate treatment rooms & gym, situated in Gatton, approximately 90km west of Brisbane, QLD. Gatton and the western corridor anticipate continuing growth over the coming years, making our area highly desirable for residents and businesses alike. Our practice is growing to meet this demand.

As our new physiotherapist, you will work alongside our practice owner, a physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. We provide professional development including mentoring, conferences and courses. Our practice provides care for a wide range of conditions, including sports, post-operative rehabilitation, workplace injury, and more. Our clients range in age from children to elderly. We produce results and are proud of our achievements.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated physiotherapist who is ready to step up, learn and get results for their clients.

To help you do this, we're prepared to invest in you.

• Our Personal coaching program helps you to understand yourself, your goals, strengths and weaknesses and how to harness these to transform you into an effective & sought after physiotherapist.
• One-on-one mentoring with our experienced Physiotherapist, help you learn core concepts, & develop techniques that get clinical results. We help you develop your business skills, as you are choosing Private Practice as your career path
• Weekly Team meetings with Physios and admins to keep the Clinic running smoothly
• Structured Self-directed learning using key resources from our extensive Private Practice Tool Box
• Monthly Professional Development in depth sessions where we learn in detail from each other.
• We offer an above award salary Base Salary $64000-$80000 depending on your experience, clear bonus system, professional development allowance. 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in physiotherapy, and AHPRA registration or ability obtain AHPRA registration. New graduate or experienced, to join our growing practice on a full-time basis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including taking clinical notes and maintaining timely professional correspondence with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals
• Excellent time management to keep appointments on schedule
• Drivers licence
