We are a newly started small e-commerce company and looking for a smart person to join us, responsible for our security products. The products involve alarm systems, CCTV cameras and wireless video door phones.

This is a full time position but start with a trial or training period of 8 weeks. During the period, you would work as a casual employee with a salary of $80 per day (negotiable working time).

The main duties for this position include the following:

* Quality control
* Technical support
* Customer service
* Product development
* Marketing
* Communicate with suppliers (mainly Chinese)
* Communicate with local retailers and contractors

In a word, you should be able to handle everything by the end of the trial period.

The salary for this position is 50k base salary plus 9.25% super plus annual 20k bonus or 10% commission of the annual profit for these products - whichever is more.

Basic requirements:
* Fluent English
* Fluent Mandarin
* Excellent communication skills
* Driver’s license (allowed to drive in Australia)
* Interested in security related products and solutions
* Keen to new techniques

Preferred Skills
* IT background
* 1+ years working experience in security related area
* Technical support
* Customer service experience
* Oversea purchase experience
* Product quality control experience
* Negotiation experience
