Willoughby/ Northbridge based Dental Surgery/ Real Estate Office is seeking a FT or PT Administration Assistant to fill a key role in our small business.
Duties include:
• Providing daily support to the team with general office tasks such as data entry/update, task status creation and updating and filing.
• Liaising with patients, contractors, owners, tenants via electronic correspondence/phone
• Building relationships with patients, customers
• General typing, creating documents, phone answering, general and hoc tasks
• Assisting the dentist if required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential

• A accounting background is desirable but not essential
