About The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experience venue Manager help us to elevate the restaurant into its next phase.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- 2 +Years Venue management experience ni high-pressure environments Diploma - Diploma Level Qualifications, or at least 3 years relevant experience.

- Exceptional service skills and guest focus

- Great organisational skils

- Excel at managing labour and COGs

- Experience using deputy ro similar rostering system

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Exceptional organisation and leadership skills

- Can-do attitude with het abytili to act efficiently and resiliently

- Ability ot remain calm under pressure Able ot take initiative

- Proactive in approach Great energy

- Fun and vibrant personality Natural leadership and motivation
