Our client, a leading global online brand, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of their high performing teams. The team is responsible for the operational side of the business with a  focus on back end commercial off the shelf (COTS) cloud based systems. You'll be joining a fast paced Agile team and have the opportunity to mentor and uplift junior BA's. As a Senior BA you will be adept at guiding stakeholders through projects, helping them define requirements, eliciting user stories and epics - strong stakeholder engagement experience is a must!

The role will involve working in a growing cross-functional team of Developers, QA Analysts, Product Owners and Designers to define user stories, participate in daily stand-up meetings, assist with agile estimation, product backlogs, retrospectives etc. You will be working with Product Owners and key stakeholders across the business in Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR in addition to technical teams in all lines of business. As a Senior BA you may get involved in planning iterations and a clear career path to Iteration Manager exists. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, LEAN etc) environment - you have experience defining user stories, storyboards, Agile estimation techniques, product demo's, retro's and backlogs. 
• Demonstrated track record mentoring and guiding junior BA's
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to extract the necessary information from different teams (Finance, Sales, Marketing etc)  
• Ability to work with a range of people in all aspects of the business (eg IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR) at all levels - you can hold your own with senior staff and strong personalities. 
• Ability to juggle multiple complex projects at the same time and work in an ever changing environment.
• Commercial CRM or COTS/ERP application project experience highly regarded
• Experience on cloud based applications highly regarded
