Project Manager required for this large high rise residential project

For this reason they continue to expand at a rapid rate and are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As Site Supervisor you will be reporting to the Project Manager and be responsible for the end to end delivery of this 9 storey high-rise project. Your key responsibilities will be coordinating and supervising sub-contractors conducting QA checks, health and safety management, planning and programming work, procurement of equipment and materials and reporting on project progress.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably delivering large residential housing developments. You will display exceptional communication and technical skills and be an empowering Supervisor who can bring the best out of your team. You will demonstrate strong relationship building skills and have the ability to develop strong rapport with subcontractors, internal and external stakeholder and clients.
