We are a Rooming House primarily for students who need a quite space to study. We have capacity for around 30 people.

Rent varies depending on the size of the room and includes gas, electricity, water and use of shared facilities. Unlimited WiFi is provided at no extra cost.

Smaller single rooms start at $170/week - $190/week
Larger single rooms $195/week
Twin rooms start at $240/week - $260/week.

All our rooms are private, lockable, and contain:

cupboard/clothes storage
bedside table
desk
We can arrange items to be removed if you prefer to bring your own.

Kitchen
Bathrooms
Living room and pool table
Eating areas
Coin operated laundry
Gardens
Parking on-site

We do not allow pets.

Inspections:
Tuesdays 4 - 6 pm
Fridays 12 pm
Please let us know if you are planning on coming to an inspection.

If your application is approved, we will ask for:
2 weeks rent to be paid in advance as a deposit
Bond of 2 weeks rent to be lodged with the RTBA.
