A former magazine editor and current social media expert + PR Manager is on the hunt for a superstar Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to assist across a small portfolio of clients in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

If you love great coffee, dilly-dallying with beauty products, have an eye for savvy social media posts, consider yourself a wicked wordsmith, are ace at communicating with people and have some experience with marketing/journalism and/or public relations (whether it be via studies or in the workforce) then this internship is most definitely for you!

The role is best suited to someone currently studying or a recent graduate who wants to learn the ins and outs of the editorial, social media, marketing and PR world. Tasks will include (but are not limited to) updating Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, blogging as well as general admin duties and a bit of creative fun. Photography skills (even with an iPhone!) will be looked favourably upon.

The working environment is casual and relaxed, and based from a co-working office space in Richmond (Melbourne) one day per week from 10am – 530pm. There’s even an office dog!

The position is unpaid, for an immediate start and for a minimum of 3 months with potential employment opportunities at the end of this term.

You will be required to bring your own laptop each week and any expenses incurred working (eg. taxi services or out of pocket costs) will be covered.

This internship can be accredited to any relevant Media / Communications / Public Relations / Digital Marketing or Journalism courses and subjects.
