About the Opportunity:

We offer internships to current tertiary students interested in being a part of the exciting and ever-changing world of film and television. An integral part of the internship is conducting client services, which will provide the opportunity to network with many of Australia's most successful filmmakers, you will also gain experience in various aspects of post-production with the chance to focus on a specific area of interest. 

About You:

We are seeking applicants with the following:

- An interest in film and television production, specifically post-production/producing
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and an enthusiastic work ethic
- An ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
- A sense of humour
- Valid drivers license and hospitality experience is a plus

Program details:

- Interns must be available for a 10-week block and require a minimum commitment of 2-3 days per week
- At least 2 of these days must be consecutive
- Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis
- Graduates of our internship program have gone on to work with production companies, join crews on set, as well as work on feature films.
- Our most successful alumni have been those who have used their placement with Spectrum to seek out tasks, ask questions, be proactive and create strong networking connections to make the most of the opportunity provided.
