An opportunity for Lecturer in Occupational Therapy has arisen within the
School of Health and Sciences. The lecturer will plan, develop, implement and
evaluate occupational therapy subjects as part in the new Master of
Occupational Therapy course. The subjects will comprise; occupational science,
enabling occupational participation for older adults, adults and children and
youth, evidence-based practice and an inter-disciplinary project-based subject.

The position will make an independent contribution to teaching, scholarship,
research and professional activities.

Skills and experience
• Registered occupational therapist
• Post graduate qualification in occupational therapy or related field
• Demonstrated experience in tertiary teaching in occupational therapy
including a record of co-ordination, teaching and curriculum development
• Occupational therapy professional experience and knowledge of contemporary
issues in occupational therapy practice
