Own bathroom over the university vacation if only one bedroom let; otherwise shared. Whereas original tenant in BR1 will return early February 2019, BR 2 is available longer term. Linen and bedding provided, and all utilities, except phone, included in rent.
Lodgers welcome to use kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, lounge, clothes washing machine, and enjoy sunny deck, garden gazebo, BBQ firepit, and fresh eggs from chooks!
If rented together, say by two friends staying in Canberra over the long vacation, total rent will be $295/wk, but note only BR2 available longer term.
