Finance Internship Program 2014Grad Success internship program offers the opportunity to join an organisation with talented people working in a professional, client-focused, team environment. Our internship program is designed for recent graduates of undergraduate or postgraduate studies.Grad Success supports its candidates in reaching their full potential by providing opportunities to learn and develop. We encourage and foster individual talents through supportive coaching and mentoring initiatives.Our internship program runs for 12 weeks with graduates undertaking an external placement and attending formal training. We are now seeking applications for our 2014 program.Qualifications and backgroundGrad Success provides employment opportunities for recent graduates from a number of academic disciplines. We encourage applications for our internship program from a range of disciplines, but particularly:economicsaccountingcommercebanking and finance, andmathematics.Applications must include a covering letter, academic transcripts and written responses to the following selection criteria:ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skillsability to achieve results in a time-pressured environmentability to solve complex problemsability to work in a team and take direction, andability to reason with numerical information.Ideal candidates will be ethical, dependable, conscientiousness, self-motivated, demonstrate professional potential and be willing to engage in a variety of tasksEligibilityTo be eligible for the Grad Success internship program you must have completed studies expected to be finalised by November 2014.
