Your new company
Our client is a market leader in Financial Services and they are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support some of their specialised products. Rated the best customer service of the Big 4, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing, growing team in a role that will support customers in their investment and platform queries.

Your new role
You will be working in a busy, all-hands-on-deck environment, providing a thorough customer service experience and effectively managing any issues and resolving queries on the first point of contact. You will quickly build relationships with customers and will be accountable for resolving any query that comes your way. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, a helpful, friendly manner and be someone who genuinely likes being on the phone, and has an interest in financial markets.

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience working in a contact centre or client services environment, ideally with a banking, finance or insurance background. Graduates will also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as professionalism are a must to fulfil the requirements of this job.
